Well day 3 was not so rushed as the other days - our feet were really starting to suffer!! The day started off with a walk down rotten ham court rd to upper gower st to see where Sherlock is filmed. I was excited and disappointed at the same time to see the building but also the amount of rubbish on the road was a bit off putting but never mind it was cool anyway!! Off to the railway station bound for baker street!! After a short walk we found the holy grail - 231b baker st - I could have cried :) and so many photos taken and souvenirs bought except for the deerstalker that Sean frowned on it was off the London zoo!! After walking around what seemed like hrs through the gardens (felt like Alice trapped in a maze) we found the zoo!!! All creatures great and small were to be found oh and of course the animals!! So after wandering around for a couple of hours it was time to go and then the heavens opened!! So after that we headed back to the hotel to drop our stuff off and then headed to the rising sun for lunch - an awesome rump steak with onion chutney and horseradish sauce and awesome onion rings!! The drinks for lunch was wainwright golden ale and I had a thatcher cider - yum!! Then for a sweet snack to finish off lunch we headed over to our favorite Belgian cafe for a hot chocolate and treacle tart with clotted cream and Sean had a scone with a Bordeaux - go figure!!! Seriously full by this stage we went back to the hotel for a 30 min catnap in preparation for the night's festivities - freezing our butts off we watched the marine passed band - awesome and met an elderly gentleman who comes every year with his daughter - whilst freezing it was every minute. Then it was off to the montagu pyke to meet up with an old friend!! Many drinks later it was time to call it a night and caught a cab home and it was nighty night in preparation for the drive ahead the next morning!!!
