From Siem Reap we flew to Phuket in order to get to the islands. Phuket was the most strange place I have ever seen. It was seriously like a mini las Vegas with a beach. It was VERY commercialized. It was good we only stayed one night there. We did have McDonalds and Starbucks (twice) which was incredible. Other than that. This was a weird city, and people should move along quickly. That being said, so many people have gotten engaged on the beach here it's bizarre. Seriously people, go somewhere nicer! WEIRD!
