So we I left Airlee beach in the car along with Jonna, Benny, Soph and Rach and headed up to Townsville, where we were going to get the ferry straight across to Magnetic Island. Met Kate and jumped on the ferry and then had a very chilled evening at base backpackers. Lots of wildlife around which was a little scary but the views were unbelievable! Our room looked right out over the water! Woke up the next morning, dropped the boys at the golf course and headed to a Koala sanctury! I actually held a blue tongue lizard, Koala, Crocodile, and a Snake! I even have photographic evidence! I will put all the pics up next week once I have hadmy birthday! That evening we attempted to go out for dinner and arrived at the restaurant at 8.45 only to be told that pretty much everywhere stops serving by that time! You can imagine my disappointment! I did manage to keep a lid on it though rae! No freak outs!

Whilst my stay on Maggie Island was amazing I did not care much for the animals who took to eating me alive! Again I have photographic evidence! Dont want to put you off your dinner (or tea as it is being drummed into me!) so may not put those pictures up! I even had bites on my FACE!! everywhere else I could cope with but seriously why would they go for someones face! You can tell that pain is still raw!! Rae, again from our experiences in Italy I am sure you can imagine my delight!

Anyway, next day we were up early and heading back to Townsville for the next stage of our journey. As I was on the way to my bus in the monsoon rain I found Denham Street! Yes it has been raining over here a bit, which I am sure you are all glad to hear! Anyway enough about rain onto Misson Beach!
