So we arrived at Gilligans in Cairns and felt like we had just checked into a 5 star hotel in comparison to where we had stayed previously! Was very nice! Had a nice chill out in our lovely room and then headed to bar for a bottle of wine before dinner, which was a bad move!! When we finally made it out for dinner at the only place still left open at that time of night Kate and I could not stop giggling!! Had a fantastic meal at a really friendly Italian restaurant (and yes on this occaision I did have bolognese!) and then headed out to PJ O'Briens before hitting the tables in the Woolshed! Oh dear girls, you can imagine my excitement when push it came on!!

The next day the girls and I headed out for a day of pampering! Shopping and a facial! On a travellers budget of course! Was so nice and relaxed that evening that could not make it out of the room!

Soph and Rach headed back to Melbourne and M, Kate, Ben and Jonnas headed up to Cape Tribulation on a two day tour. Went crocodile hunting on the Daintree River and saw some great logs and even a frog! Then headed for a board walk around the forest and got absolutely drenched! But is was ok cos we had Kag in a bag with us! You will see the picture - classic! The bus journey was hilarious and consisted of me and Kate having the giggles for most of it! Especially cos of the dripping aircon issues!

That afternoon we arrived at PK's in Cape Tribulation, had some lunch and then headed out Jungle Surfing!! I was Rocky, Kate was Pebbles, Ben was Barbie and Jonnas was King Kong but it should have been more like Jack from Will and Grace. He was absolutely hilarious - I have never heard so much girlie screaching! I can't recommend Jungle surfing enough!!

That night we had some dinner at PK's and then a few drinks and a couple of games of pool, with this random whopper that kept trying to tell everyone how to play! Very annoying!

Next day we heading back via Mossmon Gorge and Port Douglas which was great - didnt really get enough time at Port Douglas though! Trip was a bit rushed! Rain ment we couldn't do all that we were supposed to which was a bit poo too!

Got back to Cairns that evening and all crashed out watching some films at Gilligans again! The next day we organised a trip to the great barrier reef and in our usual style then proceeded to have a massive night out on the lash before a big trip out! Went to a place called Rhinos where there was a dancing competition which was pure comedy! Then headed to the Woolshed again! Ended up being a very late night and having to get up at crack of dawn to head off on this boat! The journey out to the reef was ridiculously choppy - not pretty! I spent most of it hanging off the back with a sick bag in hand!! I did manage to control myself though! No sick for me! Snorkelling on the reef was grea, although the visibility was quite poor due to the bad weather, so that was a bit disapointing. Saw lots of fish and coral though and a sting ray which was very cool. Plus I managed to finf Nemo so you can all sleep easy tonight! That night when we got back we just headed to Rhino bar for a quiet one - the music in there was amazing so we all just sat chatting and singing along to all the tunes. I was in my element - it was no singstar though guys!

The next day had to be up as Ben, Kate and I were catching a flight down to Melbourne to meet all the others and Jonnas was heading off to New Zealand! Boo you Jonnas! And in Melbourne is where all the fun will continue...
