We had a fantastic stay at Yulara and Uluru.

Great walk around Uluru. We couldn’t climb the rock as it wasn’t open for climbing each time we went to do the climb. They are definitely discouraging tourists from walking on the rock before it closes permenantly in October 2019.

We weren’t sure if we wanted to climb the rock before we arrived at Ularu. To be honest we are not that disappointed to not get to walk up it. We had a fantastic walk in the Olga’s instead. We thought the rock itself looks more impressive from a distance than close up.

Hot days while in Yulara with a bit of cloud activity in the evening spoiling the sunset views. A 37 degree afternoon for a fun family camel ride.
