Loved Kings Canyon. Awesome scenery and great walks.

We did a 15 minute helicopter ride over the Canyon that we all loved. We could see Ularu in the distance.

We walked the canyon rim and walked up heartbreak hill. Certainly got the heart rate going.

If you are coming to Central Australia, definitely recommend a visit to Kings Canyon. We stayed at Kings Canyon Resort. The other alternative is Kings Creek Station. We think we picked well with the resort as the views looked better from our camp site and was closer to the walks.

This would be one of our (the grown ups) favourite stops this trip, just behind the gorges and waterholes in the MacDonnell Ranges and Carnarvon Gorge.
