What is it????? ...... Of course ..... it's a shopping centre!!!!! Today we had a cruisy morning, having a special breakfast (Shannon made us fancy French toast with all the trimmings) and then went to the 'Mall of America', which is on the outskirts of Minneapolis. Apparently it is the most visited mall in the world and has 40 million visitors a year and employs 12000 people!!! You say, 'that doesn't look like shops!' .... and you'd be right!! That's the Nickelodeon Amusement Park in the middle of the complex that also has bars, restaurants, cinemas, a comedy club, a Seaworld style aquarium, a flight simulator attraction, Legoworld, an adventure golf game attraction and ..... wait for it ........ shops!!!!! Our mission was to procure a US GPS, which we accomplished quickly, and then proceeded to find somewhere for a drink and a snack! We really weren't there for a very long time, but it was interesting to see a shopping centre with attitude! Tonight we did something very familiar and had beers, wine and Chinese!!!! Very yummy!! After dinner we sat and told stories and then watched a number of YouTube clips, including Carl Baron, Ted E Bear, Achmed, funny dog clips, funny dancing clips etc, etc!!! Had lots of laughs and a very relaxing night!! We are loving our time here in River Falls. Shannon continues to be a wonderful host! Probably have a quiet day tomorrow!! Love to you all at home!!! Xxx
