Mt Princeton Hot Springs Resort is awesome. We slept with the windows open so the cool mountain air could fill the cabin. We could hear the river flowing past in the night and we all woke rested and happy. After breakfast we went to the hot springs pool and just plain old relaxed for a few hours. This morning we got a 7am start and headed a few exits East on I70 to Hanging Lake. This is one of my favorite spots. It is a 1.2 mile hike straight up the side of a mountain. This morning we packed up and said goodbye to The Wine Country Inn and Palisade Colorado. Our next destination is Glenwood Springs which is just a short drive East. To keep in custom with our trip it took us nearly 6 hours to go 88 miles but we sure had fun along the way. This morning we managed to get up pretty early and head over to National Monument before the it got too hot. The Temperatures have been between 90 and 100 degrees every day. Lesley is loving it. The rest of us are slightly melting. National Monument is one of our National Parks and is amazing.
