Eric and I walked to Umina Beach today and sat for hours reading our books and watching the surfers. We had lunch on the beach and really enjoyed ourselves. The beach is a 15 minute walk from Lesley's and is a scenic stroll along a creek which is home to a variety of ducks, birds and wildfowers. We are spending the weekend relaxing at Lesley's house. We need to do laundry and restock our supplies for our next trip. It was so nice to wake up in our luxurious Crowne Plaza Suite this morning. We cooked breakfast and had a family outing to the fitness center. We were all excited to get a good work out in.
