We slept in and ate breakfast at 11 am. We then hit the walking deck-3.5 laps = 1 mile. It is beautiful-60 degrees and snow capped mountains and Islands of British Columbia surrounding us every where we are. I feel like I am in a picture post card. We then attend a culinary arts seminar on how to prepare halibut and scallops. I felt like I was in Rachael Ray's studio kitchen. I then went to to a camera class while Gary slept. Lunch at 2:30, then to the casino to pull the slot machine levers. Back to how to edit pictures and then out to the walking deck-like another mile will really help with all the food we have eaten! We feel better at least! We dress to go to the formal dinner in the Rotterdam dining room. We have 3 lovely couples at our table-1 from Scotland-Lockerbie, 1 young couple from the Czech Republic-John is celebrating his 30th birthday, and the last pair from Montreal, who spoke mostly French. It is a wonderful dinner with very intresting company. The crew sings happy birthday to John. We proceed to the Frans Hal hall where the Captain is toasting the crew and we have complimentary champagne. It is followed by a great comedy show. It has been a sweet day.

Katie That's cool about visiting with the other couples from all over the world. I'd like to know what you all talked about.
