This morning the group was up early for a morning hike. We hiked up through the Grand Canyon (Australia's version!) right up to the Pinnacle. It was a tough walk but well worth it with the amazing views from the top, and the sun coming through the clouds. Coming down the steep incline was worse than going up!
After the hike we travelled for a few hours to the town of Warrnambool. Here we had lunch before making our way down to the Great Ocean Road. We visited the Bay of Islands, Bay of Martyrs, London Bridge, Lock Ard Gorge and the Twelve Apostles. London bridge used to be two arches connecting the mainland but due to erosion, one arch fell and now the 'bridge' is seperated from the mainland. There have never been 12 of the apostles, orginially there were 9 but due to massive erosion there are now only 6.
In the evening we stayed at Port Campell for the night and had a few drinks with the group before crashing into our beds!!
