Dear D & D
The rainforest as well! Wow and now on the NZ; we often think of you & wonder just what you are doing now. Good luck on the next leg of your trip. We are in a snowy winter scene here with -4 degrees at night & ice on the roads - so think of us huuddling up by the fire at home while you are there won't you?
All our love Claire & the family

Gooday D&D
We are now back home from our mini holiday and I have been looking at the latest photos.
I like the big sheep/ram is it concrete or stone ?
We had a really good time in the French Alps and had very good weather 27 degrees one day and sunny all week.
We also saw some snow on the highest mountains.
Because the forcast for the Med was rain (would you believe it !!) we decided to come home earlier and visited some Chateau in the Loire valley on the way back. Will show you the photos when we see you next.
I see Danny has a nice selection of Aussie hats, he seems to be wearing them all the time, has he had a bad hair day ?
You must be feeling a lot fitter now with all the hiking and fresh air, you have certainly seen some great places and lots of animals.
Keep enjoying Love Dad

We have just looked at your latest blog and photos here in the Alps near Mont Blanc. Love all your piccys except that black lizardy thing. I am still amazed by all these wonderful things you are experiencing. We have lovely views of the mountains here and it is very warm and sunny. Cool in the evenings now. Hope Dan 's foot is now better.

Hi D&D
2nd Oct
We presume you are now in Melbourne and everythings OK.
The weather here is terrible at the moment two days of continous rain and more to come.
So we have decided to go South in the motorhome, we hope to go down the Loire valley across the Alps and then down to the Cote d' Azur (Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes ect).
Should take about two weeks. We are taking the laptop so hopefully we can keep in touch through the internet.
Hope Dannys walking OK again now keep enjoying love Mum & Dad

A bet you are sorry to leave the wildlife santuary as you have obviously enjoyed it so much. Being able to get so close to wild animals of Australia - what an experience.
Hope Dan's foot is now getting better but I am sure he liked being waiting on by Donna. Take care lots of love Mum xxxxx

How fantastic that you are working with the wild animals of Australia. What a great experience to get close to the kangaroos and koalas etc. Shame about the weather - lets hope it improves soon. Love Mum xxxx
