On our way to Sydney today we visited the capital city of Canberra. We had a tour around Parliament House and learnt a bit about the Australian government. Canberra was a purposely built capital city, as Melbourne and Sydney were fighting so much for their cities to become capital that it was decided the captial would be put in the middle of the two and a new city was built!

After lunch we continued out journey to Sydney and we arrived in the early evening. We went out for a farewell meal with the group before catching up with our sleep!
