Cusco Absolute amazing, wonderful buildings, cobbled streets with lots of shops and bars tucked away. Walked miles mostly uphill ! Altitude got us on and off , headache and out of breath but not bad. Paracas is on the coast bit of a run down ' sea side ' resort. Took a boat trip to Ballestas island to see the penguin's birds and seals oh the seals so so cute ! Also lots of puffins And the massive 595 feet tall Candelabra that is cut into the soil under the sand. Other than that nothing to see or do. The hotel -- Las Flores was lovely even had a swimming pool all the rooms were overlooking the pool although the hotel was small. The hotel did not have a restaurant other than for breakfast a guy on reception told us about two restaurants and arranged a taxi for us on both evenings the first was a lovely Italian one but the next night was a bit like a school dining hall !!
