Now Borneo ! Arrived from Kuala Lumpur had 3 nights in hotel before starting our Rain Forest Trail. Hotel -- Grand Borneo --next to large shopping centre top floor dedicated to entertainment eg cinema bowling arcade with every sort gambling machine can think of even archery which of course Dan had go First day taken to Kinabalu Park did about hour walk through rain forest, , very interesting seeing all the different plants etc, also into the batonical gardens....

Lovely place with very friendly people. Again large city everything unbelievably cheap. Spent an interesting day in an unbelievably large shopping mall at least 4 times larger than meadow hall even had theme park on top floor where white knuckle train ride went over shops so you could see it and hear screams !!! Went to look at Batu caves very impressive thankfully so after going up 238 steep steps ! At the side of the caves was an area with some monkeys in cages...
