So my cold is thankfully starting to go away but unfortunately, so is my voice. All day today I would try and speak and only raspy squeaks would come out...maybe I am singing in my sleep or something. Once again though, it has been Eliane to the rescue as she got me some bronchial tea to ease sore throats. Yesterday was the first nice day that I was not able to enjoy due to the wonderful cold I have recently developed. Yesterday marked the one week point for our time here in Oberbierbronnen. Breakfast was served later (9:00) and we got to taste the fruit of our labour with some freshly made rosehip marmalade. This was the marmalade that I had been working on last week and it is some of the best stuff I have ever tasted. Rosehips have a very unique taste...nothing I have ever had before. After breakfast we lounged around drinking coffee as the weather was not the greatest....
