re: The majesty of Death Valleydpriver The Furnace Creek Inn is a nice hotel, but must say a word or two about the dinner. The onion soup was easily the worst I've ever eaten. Mostly just soggy bread; I should have sent it back. The ribeye steak was acceptable. One does not come to Death Valley for a culinary experience, but this leaves a lot to be desired.
