25th August Left Paraty for our final journey in the truck along the coast road to Rio. The Costa Verde is spectacular with views of sandy coves, crystal waters and small islands off the coast. 19th & 20th August We spent two very hot, sunny days driving for 12 hours each day on our way to the coast and our campsite in Paraty. Tuesday 14th August We left Buones Aires behind and headed for Iguazu on the border of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. The weather is getting warmer at long last and we arrived at about 5 pm and had time for a walk in the Parque Nacional El Palmar along the river overlooking Uruguay. Thursday 9th August We woke up to frozen tents, it was minus 6 - its supposed to be getting warmer!
