So here we are in country number three, Guatemala.

We left San Ignacio, Belize yesterday by way of a very talkative taxi driver Then we were dropped off at the border, crossed into Guatemala by walking over a bridge then before you know it, we are in a new country.

So its goodbye Belizean Dollars, Hello Guatemalan Quetzals. Goodbye Belizean Belikin beer and hello Guatemalan Gallo beer.

And most significantly we are back into a spanish speaking country, which believe it or not we are both very happy about. We were both making progress in Mexico so nice to be back (trying) to speak the language!

General plan is to spend about 2 or so weeks in this country, with a weeks spanish course which should be fun.

In case you are wondering what the photo is of, well its our current accommodation which is basically a tree house. We will be living in this cool little premises for the next few days!
