Hello again, Chiang Mai is a small old town with lots of temples, which we spent the first day looking around. Hello again, We travelled in Thailand style in VIP class on the bus journey to Khon Kaen where we met up with Martin and Warin, whose family live there. They took us to see the king cobra village where crazy men box snakes and dodge their strikes, as well as dancing with them and putting the snake heads in their mouths...it was a bit odd! Hello from Thailand, We arrived in Bangkok not planning to stay for too long so we made the most of the two days we gave ourselves. We stayed in the popular tourist area Banglamphu, its a weird place with streets lined with bars, neon signs and touts offering ping pong shows every 10m.
