Slow start today with room service breakfast and then back to sleep for a while. Went out and walked the town including a steep climb to Fort George. St George is still rebuilding from the 2004 severe hurricane which destroyed most of the town. From the ship it is a very picture postcard town with pastel colored buildings dotted on the hillsides. Back to the ship for lunch then off in water taxi to Grand Anse beach - long strip of white sand and Caribbean blue water. Swimming (or rather lolling in the water), a couple of vodka tonics and lazing on the beach lounges for a couple of hours before the water taxi back to the ship. Fantastic piano man in the theatre then dinner then bed. Tomorrow is a day at sea as we head back towards St Thomas which we visit on Friday.
