Pretty Pottsville. We stayed at Pottsville south holiday park, right on the river. The girls enjoyed kayaking then catching crabs. After hours of fun in the sun a dark moody storm crossed the sky. We sat back with a cuppa, watched the lightening and listened to the thunder great evening entertainment! Thanks Mother Nature .After tea we all enjoyed Mums pancakes that looked like fish fillets but most definitely tasted fab!

Gold coast was action packed and fun, fun, fun. We stayed close to the theme parks. Gold Coast tourist park. The park had fab private cabanas by the pool, spent a few hours reading there just bliss except little water dragons kept wanting to join me! Mikayla loved the pools water slide and hot spa. Best toilets in a caravan park ever !!! A massive tropical fish tank is what separates the ladies from the gents. It was amazing. Lovely chandler lights in the showers...

Australia zoo is a must!!! Loved every minute here. As soon as we walked through the gates we welcomed warmly by friendly staff. The staff bring animals out all day for interaction and photos. Our first encounter was with Kenny Echidna, followed by a friendly little python. The tortoise were fed early and it was clear to see they'd pretty much do anything for sweet potato. Cute, quant, charming Pomona. Thanks to our travelling friends Sue, Mick and James, we stopped here for a catch up with this beautiful family and thoroughly enjoyed what Pomona had to offer. Well as it happens rainbow beach isn't a beach full of rainbows! Which is exactly what the girls n I found out... However the dunes surrounding the beach are incredible. Candeece climbed straight up one. These massive dunes are filled with many coloured sands, obliviously! Awesome to see them up close, all blending into one.
