Salut Joel !

Hey Joel and Caley,
You guys seem to be having a great time and made a huge difference to all those kids in Losotho, I can tell you. If you even go back for a visit, you will be feted beyond belief! They will talk about you for years to come. I'm glad you are getting some time to relax. I am living vicariously through you at the moment, until someday when I can take Adam and the boys to the Congo. Take care. Love, Krista for all of us

Hi M&J, Sounds like you're having a great adventure. Love all. H

Hi! I just had to write today because Scooter had a nap today. Not remarkable in and of itself, BUT, said nap occured on the grass in our backyard. And this is the kicker... Scooter was curled up next to (touching even!) our dog Stretch. We've had Stretchy for awhile, and they mostly just ignore each other, except when Scooter feels the need to assert his dominance by glaring at the dog. Anyway, your super-kitty (gasp!) appears to like a dog. (and please don't hate us for getting a dog?)
Thanks for the postcard. :)

Sorry about the PEBKAC (problem exists between keyboard and chair)! Just wanted to say that the stories and pictures are great. Found a site that you might find interesting Michaela, especially for future projects: http://www.goodbearsoftheworld.ca They seem to be working a lot in the GTA and southern Ontario, but hey, who says they can't expand!

HI Michaela,
I've just read the postcard you sent us... It's really nice of you and it reminds us of you always giving to everybody around you. I hope the end of your volunteering won't be hard, leaving all those nice Africans where they are and I hope you won't be disturb by the bad things hapenning up north of where you are.
We miss you

Yikes, good thing I don't eat buffalo. I just wrote a letter to 'M'e Tsabo. Only took me over 2 weeks to get around to it. It is really hot here, so I was able to give up my nights with Mel for a while. While writing you I am looking over at a whole lot of origami boxes, and I am wondering what in God's name I will ever do with them. Ta for now, Mudder

Oh you fellas. You're doing us all proud, that's for sure. Great photos so far. We love seeing the everyday life. We're trying to play tourists here in Halifax. Going well so far. Found new swimming holes, concerts, movies in the park; fantastic. I've taken up dancing and it could turn into a career someday. Trying not to get ahead of myself though. Wedding plans are falling into place. I consider myself extremely intelligent now after taking it upon myself to hand the job over to Leanne. We say what colour, she makes it happen. Had I not given it to her to plan, we'd have eloped two months ago. Now I can enjoy it. We still make the decisions but she does the dirty work. Except marrying Graham, I still have to do that. So, keep having fun and making those kids smile! They're beautiful!

Hey, guys!
I am really enjoying reading about your travels and experiences. There is nothing like getting out, seeing the world, and living in other cultures- it's really an eye opener! Well, I won't say much. We're off to NS in a couple of weeks and then back here to Hong Kong on Aug 21. I hope you are still planning on coming to Hong Kong; it would be fantastic to see you and to guide you around the city. If you are planning on going to Cambodia, I have some contacts you may be interested in.
Take care & God bless,
Dave, Jenny, Matthew & Abigail
