Once we were off the Ferry we drove to the Te Papa museum in Wellington which had lots of interesting Maori exhibitions. After spending an hour looking round we then decided to experience the shopping in Wellington - we thought it would be a shame not to. We then drove to our campsite for the night in Lower Hutt just a short drive from Wellington.
