Hiya, We have spent a good 4 days in Queenstown. Yet again it is a beautiful place. A sprinkling of snow has appeared on the mountain tops while we have been here. The group who we have travelled down the West Coast with has mostly separated now, some have gone home, some have rushed to Christchurch for flights elsewhere and some are just staying in Queenstown longer. Its been a really good couple of weeks. We have had a few celebratory/farewell drinks in Queenstown.

Gemma and i didnt do much in Queenstown really, we have both been full of cold still and been trying to save our money, the credit card bill is getting scary and we still have the North Island to go. We have caught up on our sleep, had plenty of walks and chilled out and read books. It has been nice, especially coz we stopped in the 1 place for a few days. It is absolute luxury to unpack a few clothes and not have to haul the bag around for a few days.

We are revisiting Christchurch and Kaikoura over the next few days now, so i wont update now until Wellington which is our first stop in the North Island. There r a few pictures of Queenstown that il upload. Sorry this is a rushed entry! Speak soon! xx
