Me and Dave we're kindly invited round to Charlotte's distant family's house today for some dinner today, so the 3 of us all piled in the car round to Mary and Larry's home, about a 45 min drive outside of Brisbane. Even though Charlotte was a little bit unsure about the way we were going, we managed to get there!

They live in a gorgeous big house, a swimming pool and 3 cats that look like they belong in the James Bond films. It was too cold to go for a dip though.

We did however, sit on the decking in the back garden, with home cooked soup and rolls and homemade biscuits, watching parrots and other exotic birds fly into the gardens. The life!

It wasnt long before it was time to leave so we then headed back to Dayna and Mon's for an early night.

Hoping to leave tomorrow morning and follow the sun and warmth further up the coast!
