The black little monster kindly woke us up this morning by again diving full length onto the tent and not giving up until we let him inside, where he jumped around a bit - obviosly enjoying our frustration!

Unfortunately, there is no way it can be fixed so Charlotte took us to a nearby shop so we could begrudgingly by a new home! Oh well, Dave didnt like the old one anyway.

We all got suited up after dinner as it was time to hit the racecourse for our 'day at the races!' I didnt have anything to wear but Dayna and Monique kindly sorted me out with a dress and some shoes. Superb!

Had a fab day, the sun was shining, the beers were cold and Dave was on a roll for the first 2 races as both horses came in first! Luck didnt last long though as he lost the last 3-4 races. The girls just stood there and watched not really understanding what to do with the betting side of things, but thoroughly enjoyed the drinking in the beautiful sunshine side of things! On the way back from the races we stopped at a supermarket to pick up some food. Dayna soon noticed that the supermarket lights were the perfect setting for a photograph so we got few snaps of us all posing in the supermarket until eventually we were all sprawled out in the floor, which did get us one or two strange looks.

Before long we were back at the house and Claire, Charlie, Monique and Dayna went over to their friends house for more drinks and nibbles, whilst Dave stayed in with the boys, drinking, watching the tele, and piggin out on KFC.

Chilled out on the veranda listening to music before going to bed in our collapsed home. Not risking putting the new tent up with the mini panther still on the prowl.
