We nipped into the city for this morning and after lunch we went to Cairns Tropical Zoo. It was mainly Australian animals and it had a good croc show - finally got to see them, even if it was a zoo! This morning we left for Cairns, we were going to head here for a few days, get the car checked over and then the 3 of us were going to drive over to Darwin. After drying our tent with some toilet roll we packed up and set off to our next stop. First we had to stop at a chemist to some brown liquid that will apparently kill whatever it is that is growing in Dave's foot, some kind of Coral from Malaysia we think.
