I woke Katie up early this morning and we went to get some photos of The Grand Canyon at dawn. It was about -3C but we did manage to get some fairly decent shots. After breakfast, we left Sue and went to do a load of washing near the campground. This process of finding the place, getting enough quarters to get powder, run the machine and the dryer took a fair bit of our morning. We got back and played both ‘Bang!’ And ‘Cockroach Poker’ for a while and then went for a walk with Sue along the rim of the Canyon. We ended up at the El Tovar hotel and went looking for a coffee and to defrost. We also managed to discover that the El Tovar had wifi and so spent a bit of time catching up with the demands of social media. It was a bit odd seeing all 4 of us on our phones, typing away. We again had dinner at the awesome Arizona Steakhouse and then ended up watching Now You See Me 2 on TV before crashing to sleep.
