This will give you guys a laugh. Its raining on the beach. My beach bag includes a pac a mac! Beth and I found an idyllic beach and had a little lay on it for o maybe half an hour before it began the rain. Really really hoping that it improves cos we are staying here regardless! This island apparantely has 100 beaches so I think on the cards will be chartering a boat to explore a few, maybe do a bit of snorkelling. Scuba at this stage seems a bit too much like hard work. Another day another dollar...

Did a bit of sightseeing in Sao Paulo. They have the most beautiful cathedral at Se station and we had a sneaky peak from the viewing gallery of the cities tallest building at republica. Then it was a stroll around a park a bit like Hyde before boarding the night bus to the coast. The bus was actually a really nice one and we had to laugh cos the driver drove so fast that im sure we got some serious air whenever we went over a bump! And it was warm - amen to a warm bus :)

So - do some chanting or something - bring some sun to me!!! Will let you know how it goes xx
