Hello everyone, I've been in Hanoi now for a few days and it's nice but it's not my favorite city by far. The old quater where i'm staying is a bit of a hole, but the lake is nice and there are a few nice bars around (there all empty, but they look nice) i don't want to stay here to long but i've got to get my visa for china which is going to take 4 days so i'm going to have to stay for a bit. I'm off to Halong bay from here soon which i'm really looking forward too and then back for a few days and then up to Sapa for a bit of treking and then up to China with Tony and Angus, i'm haven't made up my mind yet but i'm thinking i might go over to Mongolia after China, i better get some thicker socks and some warmer pants!! I'm not going to make any plans because they change so much, i'm just going to take it as it comes. Hope your all doing well, speak to you soon. Christopher.
