Last couple of days down in Poole Dorset with friends. Major features included ferry to Studland and walks over to Harry Rocks and back by bus. Great views to the Isle of White across the bay. Good walking and not too strenuous.

Again working on planning and walked to town for meetings and met up with colleagues. Day variable weather wise and seems autumn approaches. Going down to Dorset this weekend so hopefully a bit of sunshine .

Bristol Friday and walked around Cabot circus , quite a new and vast shopping centre in Central Bristol. Worked a little on presentations and in the evening drove down towards Poole. Picture of john Wesley outside the revamped new first preaching area of the Methodist church. Methodist exists still as an entity in U.K. unlike Oz where it is now convened under the uniting church.

A bit of a break today from travel and planning and reviewing Amee programme. Actually played golf in the afternoon not brilliant but not cognitive stuff all the time . The picture is of the Avon Gorge with threatening clouds in abundance .

Yesterday arrived in Bristol. Did the walking in Henleaze and visiting friends and relatives. All good and relaxing and spent time catching up on email and links for next week re medical leadership and curriculum development .
