Well winding up the Canadian visit and last few days here. A bit of work with Tom from ubc and then went to an ice hockey game ... All interesting although the weather was getting increasingly wet. 166 days it rains per year on average !!!

Arrival here yesterday at Vancouver a great city but raining when I arrived ! Today dry much getting acquainted with city with walks to Stanley park an. The aquarium which was picturesque. Then further walking and booking ticket for ice hockey on Tuesday and arranging to catch up with colleagues in Victoria tomorrow .

Good day with basic work and personal issues . This store had amazing range of boots and other Calgary items ... Also looked at glenbow museum for gifts. Previous working at health care and university centre .

Home here near university of Calgary . Good day here went into town and clear crisp day and in the pm worked on communication skills aspects with Todd. Great dinner at friends place nearby and home early .
