G'day,
Well the internet is sorted and I'm no longer stressed as we have somewhere to live so it must be time for me to let some blog run from my fingers to your hungry eyes!
So we picked up our keys on Saturday morning and started the easiest move in I think we will ever experience: 100m walk to tram, tram to city, cross the road, tram to Docklands walk 50m to building, 14 flights up! Simple!
The place is amazing, it was pretty grubby at first but we made some alterations over the weekend and Netti has worked like a Japanese beaver today to make it look fantastic, hence she's spark out at 9:45pm!
The Docklands area is where the rink is being built too, I'm 100m away from work, was still cutting it fine for work this morning though :)
Over the weekend we've been into the city for various things and got drenched in the process but were getting our bearings now, even Netti can tell you which tram to catch! That is nothing short of miraculous as I bet you all know!
We're settling down nicely now, work is busy but relatively steady up until Christmas then we start laying ice after that and who knows what will happen!
Thanks for all the messages they've been really fun to read (Dave I think you need a lie down mate!) keep em coming......
Love to all the Poms
Chris and Netti

Jim Pom is a racist term and I ask you not use it. Lime'y is preferable. Good day sir.
Dave i'm presuming that the japanese beaver (work like ethic) was regular size and not a mini, like them penguins......I really should shut up.....sorry i'll let Reu post the next comment.
Jellybean Sounds to me like you think 9:45 is an early night!?!?!? Well I'll have you know that it is officially double figures (using the 24 hour clock granted) and therefore definitely an acceptable bed time! Glad things going well. Love to you both. Jelly xxx
