Merry Christmas!

This has been one Christmas morning we will never forget...presents wrapped in Koala paper, roasts done on the BBQ and sitting in the sunshine...?!?

We got up and started getting into the Christmas spirit! The Pogues are playing...toast at the ready and of course still in pj's!

Santa managed to find us all the way over here...so we were very happy!

For me..a new dress, some dvd's a new Dan Brown book, and a guide to New Zealand! and for Chris...on a beach theme...some board shorts, an Australia Billabong Tshirt, some flip flops and of course...beach toys!

After eating nearly a whole loaf of toast :) we set off to Bentleigh with Paul & Elise.

They are a really nice couple and their family were super nice and welcoming. We both received a pair of flip flops and were fed to within an inch of our lives! They definitely don't believe in 'eating light' despite of the weather in this family..which suited us fine!

All the roasts were finished off on the BBQ and tasted delicious...TC we got some pics just for you :) To finish was the most GIANT Christmas pudding you have ever seen...tasted great too, except by this point even Chris was struggling to eat anything else!

After hanging around there for most of the afternoon we headed back home via the train and watched a good old Christmas film Elf before more Skyping.

A really unusual but fun Christmas Day, we missed you all very much and we are already looking forward to spending it with everyone back home next year!
