Woke up this morning at 9! Was fantastic! I was the lucky one in the room who got a single bed rather than sharing a bunk! I slept sooo well and really felt good when I woke up! So good that once I had a shower me and Harry cooked bacon rolls for everyone with the bacon we had left! Breakfast for breakfast, that's more like it!
The bus didn't leave until 12.30 today so we decided to explore the beach, play some rugby and ended up trying to jump a stream! I wasn't too great at this so ended up very wet and sandy! Got some pretty cool action snaps though!
We went back, had a coffee in the cafe and got back on the bus to head towards Westport. We drove for 2 hours and somehow I managed to sleep some more. We had a bus break in a cafe, me and Rachel shared a pot of tea - while singing 'tea for two', thanks grandad - and me and Harry had our pre-made rolls!
Got back on the bus for another 2 hours through more beautiful mountains before arriving back on the coast in Westport!
It's a weird little town with 80% male population, so naturally we decided to drink in the hostel. Luckily we had an epic room! 10 bed dorm, so all of our little group could be in the same room which was great. On top of that, we had a kitchen and lounge as part if our room! Was such a cool night. We just sat, talked and drank! Brilliant night!
