Char’s Adventures
After a delightful fortnight with my dear friends in Grimsby, I’m taking the cross country train to Banbury and then on to High Wycombe. My finger is still buddy splinted and I’ve reduced the luggage to a smaller suitcase and my daypack. While In Grimsby we picked lots of vegetables and had them for dinner most nights. Deliciously fresh tomatoes, potatoes, squash, beets and some berries. Sue and I went to a local play and had a massage. I had two days out with Alan birding and visiting a few old cemeteries where I got a new life bird and fell in love with cemetery Lynch gates.
Elaine will pick me up in High Wycombe, I’ll check in to the Rye Hotel and then join her for dinner tonight.

Patricia Lindquist I wondered where in the world you were...I know High Wycombe very well; I taught at a small university there (not there now) and frequently took the tube from London, as well as the outer ring road to Heathrow. It will be nice to have you back! Love, Pat
