First full day in Fiji,and it's hot!!yey!Lovely resort,though its in the middle of nowhere....(and I don't know where anything else is in relation to it...)Today I went on a cruise to a beautiful Fijian Island. On the ship we took part ina traditional Kava ceremony where everyone shares a special Fijian 'tea',then we sang fijian songs til we got to the island. We spent the morning snorkelling which was beautiful and really really colourful,and then had a bbq lunch with fish that we'd seen being caught that morning. After lunch we lay on the beach,explored the island,played beach volleyball and ate some fresh cocnuts from the island. Back at Nadi I went to the hostel of two friends I made during the day and had dinner accompanied by more fijian music. Still feeling tired from travelling so an early night tonight I think...
