We literally spent the whole day chilling out, reading and eating, and chatting with a couple of Americans who arrived. It was lovely!!!

The biggest surprise was cottage pie for dinner - apparently Uruguay was a British colony for a short time, although they think of it as a Uruguayan dish, most locals don't realise it came from us! Who knew?!
