We left Buenos Aires first thing in the morning and headed over to the ferry port. We managed o get a lunchtime ferry with an hour crossing and crossed the river over to Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay. The tickets were massively overpriced as there was a football match in Uruguay the Argentinians were going to, but it was worth it to get the day crossing and spend the day in Colonia, an old Portuguese colonials coastal town.
