People waiting to see the nurse, many relatives with no patient. We just had to say Jambo ( hello) as not much else we could say. Some people got refused consultation as they had wrong date and the appointment card is a scrap of paper. Most people were seen and done had depo injections. ( no use of z tracking, just in and out). Nurse very relaxed at her disposal of the syringe. She used sharps bin. later a patient wanted to put her tablet bottle in the bin and only for Karen offering her the other bin she would have probably put it in sharps bin. ( bins really full too in the hospital). The tablet bottles were huge ( one was a large sudocrem pot ).
