Bonjour!!

We have been quite busy the past two days here in Paris. Yesterday we spent 11 hours walking around the city! We saw the Eiffel tower, the Tomb of Napoleon, a monument called the Arc de Triomphe and we also had to go back to the Louvre because it is so fantastic. I will admit that i had another crepe with Nutella on it last night as dessert.. :) I do love how all the cafes here have all their tables and charis facing the street; it's pretty neat to see.

We just returned from the catacombs of Paris--apparently in the 1800's the cemetaries were over flowing so the city decided to bury about 6million skeletons underneath the Paris streets and houses. It was very creepy-- and the bones and skulls were all organized in an almost decorative manner--it was quite an experience. We are now sitting at an internet cafe trying to find accomodations for our next two nights- we hope to get to Bordeaux for one night and then off to the town of Lourdes. I apologize for not having pictures up yet- I have yet to find a shop that will copy my pictures onto a CD for me but as soon as I do I will try to get them uploaded!!
