Bon soir friends! Nice is very different from Paris, much more relaxed and easy going, my kind of city! We spent the afternoon on the beach but one draw back, the beaches are all rocks! I am not talking about pebbles I mean good 5 inch stones--it's also like that when you get in the water. The combination of the rocks and the really strong waves knocked me onto my butt today! i escaped unharmed except for a scraped elbow; haha. we are off to try and find a laundromat and also explore more of the streets and monuments. I got my pictures onto CD today, so my next task is to find a computer that I can upload them from. I already have 170 pics!! I'll let you know as soon as I get them on the site.
