Arrived at Nha Trang, checked in, had breakfast and slept. We got up and spent the day by the pool which was great to lie and do nothing. That evening we went for dinner at Ciao Vietnam where we had amazing chocolate mousse!! The following day we got up and went to the mudbaths with the girls, wallowed for a while and went through the various different baths and showers including a mini waterfall. Had lunch on the beach, sunbathed and then went back to the hotel pool in the late afternoon. After dinner at the hotel we took the train to Da Nang and then drove one and a half hours to Hoi An. We arrived in Hoi An in the early morning so we walked around the local market which was fascinating and then went to Cargo (an amazing bakery) for a big breakfast. We wandered around and stopped at a tailors shop where we ended up ordering Helen a coat and I ordered a dress, jacket, skirt and coat. We met up with Olivia and Vaugh for lunch, took bikes and rode across the river and down to the opposite river bank where I tried the local speciality Cao Lao and Helen tried rice pancakes. We took our bikes out again at 4pm with the girls and Tom for a tour around the picturesque town. Stopped off at the tailors on the way back and then had dinner at Banana leaf which was a three course meal. Next morning we lay in and chilled out by the pool. We met up with Olivia at 4pm and went shopping and picked up all our tailored items. Got back and helped to arrange things for Tom's suprise birthday pool party. Stayed up late drinking and talking with everyone. Rolled out of bed to take the 9am coach to Hue.
