25hours later we arrive in Praia da Pipa. During our long long journey we got to meet some lovely Israeli guys who we have been hanging out with. It was their New Years Eve last night so 13 of us went out for a fancy meal - to which they insisted on treating us to. What a bunch of sweeties. Unfortunately, we´d all got a little over excited the night before and went to a Reggae party at a beach bar. We were dancing in the sand and then chilling and drinking til the early hours, so needless to say we were all still a bit ruined for a New Years Eve celebration.
Pipa has so many miles of gorgeous sandy beaches. There are 2 beach bays that dolphins come and swim in every day. So you get to swim about 5 metres away from them and you can see the pink of their underbellys when they jump out of the water catching fish. Its so amazing! We love dolphins.
We stayed at a great hostel run by an American. It had a swimming pool where we all hung out in the evening till late listening to Alex playing the blues on the guitar singing in his very distinct bluesy way. Great memories.
The town of Pipa is lovely, it has many beachy hip bars and restauarants to hang out in and also the pay por kilo places we loved to frequent in Brazil.
