17/05/14 Last day fishing at Cape Keraudren and we all headed out in Pete's boat. Trolling around the Cape we landed a couple of Queenies and a big Barracuda. 15/4/14 Expectations were low after yesterday's unsuccessful fishing as the 6 of us headed out in our boat. At least we felt better informed about the tides. As we approached the "aircraft carrier" at the entrance, the lures were set and within a couple of minutes Pete's gold deep diver had a hookup. We were advised that Cape Keraudren was about 20 to 30 minutes different to Pt Headland so we headed into Pardoo Roadhouse some 15km away to collect a Pt Headland tide book and some ice. After spending the night camped on the banks of the De Grey River we woke to the sight of a spectacular camping area. For the second day in a row we arrived at our destination after dark. May 10 Last day in Exmouth after 4 weeks and most of it was spent packing up. We did manage to get in one last snorkel in at Mandu South. Some of the best coral we've seen but quite shallow.
