Lauren arrived in Bangkok in the early hours carrying 3 bags, i couldn't believe how much stuff she has collected in 5 months. The following day was spent shopping (not that Lauren could possible need anything else) eating and having massages until it was time to get the night bus to Phi Phi. After a 16 hour bus and boat trip we finally arrived to bright sun shine and found our guest house. The rest of the day was spent relaxing on the beach and exploring the island.

The following day we went on a boat trip to Maya Bay (featured in the film The Beach) Bamboo island and Monkey Island. Bamboo Island was beautiful white sand and clear water very unspoilt, where as Monkey Island was a death trap the monkeys attacked two people, one we arranged to meet that night for dinner but he never showed up after his trip to the hospital. We also kayaked around the islands and snorkelled which was amazing with all the multi coloured fish and coral. That evening we went to Hippies bar for a BBQ and fire show and we ended up meeting 3 people from London Bradley, Daniel and Michelle.

The next day we hired a long boat to take us to a secluded beach and then Lauren and i walked to the view point for sun set, if i do say so myself i think my photos are really good. That evening we watched a Thai boxing match, after the professionals had finished us amateurs could participate so Lauren and i had a go, i won! That evening we meet the two French boys and another annoying Italian (Lauren does attract them)

Our last day on Phi Phi we all meet for breakfast before catching our early boat to Ko Lanta.
