I was up at 4:45am to get my flight from Vientiane to Bangkok (not really a backpacker way to travel but i was limited for time). I splashed out at Bangkok airport and bought a magazine (haven't read one since i left England, needed to catch up on the goss) a starbucks (this is so expensive 200B, which is the cost of a room for the night) and i had my hair cut at Toni & Guy (500B it really needed a cut). I then met Louisa and we caught our next flight to Krabi.

Krabi isn't very nice and there isn't much there but we stayed in the Maritime Park Spa resort which was lovely, thank you Louisa x When we arrived we were given cocktails and told we had been upgraded to a suite, luxury for me after my guest houses. Louisa also arrived with a parcel filled with biscuits, sweets and my running shoes from my Mum. So after relaxing around our pool and kayaking around our private lake i went to the gym for the first time in months, it nearly killed me. In the evening i had a massage (birthday present from Louise & Cody thank you x) at the spa which floated on the river. It was lovely and one of the best i have had.
