Hit the hot springs here at Bitter Springs near Mataranka, NT hired noodles to float on -33 degree water. Beautiful, crystal clear water, drift down stream, run back up and start again. This trip is like a living geography lesson. Visiting places we have never heard of and then learning about the place. The interpretive signs are great. Explain all the history, dream time stories and stuff you need to know. It is very informative as well with regards to caravans. Well we have done every gap and gorge east and west of Alice Springs. They are all beautiful, stunning to say the least. We had minus 4.6 last night at Ellery Creek Big hole.
