Getting ready for the trip tomorrow. Took forever to get the mattress put in and the bed made. Because our driveway is unlevel (very much so), it was impossible to level out the camper, so no way to get the water tank to fill properly.

While trying to 'level' out the camper, I managed to back the darned camper into the house and put a serious crease (the size of the ladder on the camper) in our gutter on the front porch. Hubby was pretty good about it...said it was 'just an accident' and then told me I was lucky not to have knocked the whole porch down. Oh well.

I couldn't get the 30 amps converted on our 15 amp service in the house, even with the converter...kept blowing the circuit breaker or GFI...not sure if I haven't blown some fuses in the camper, but not sure.

Can't find out if the water pump is working right and won't be able to cool down the fridge either because of the electric imbalance. So will have to keep the food in a cooler until the camper can get plugged in at the campground.

Got most of what I wanted to do, but still have alot more to do tomorrow morning before we leave. Hope the trip is better than this.
